Interesting. Similar to that used on the Kawasaki KZ 1000Ps. And the email address included "kawasaki".

For those of you who have a Russell Daylong seat, is it still necessary to do the seat leveling mod?

Seats?

Everybody's ASS Has Something To Say About Them.

If You are playing the odds then Russell Daylong seat. Never seen a bad review. It is the most popular seat upgrade in this forum. Just about every one agrees our stock seat sucks. There are a few outliers. But they are statistically insignificant.

I tried a few brands to no avail. Sent them back. Bit the bullet paid and shipped. Very happy never change with this bike.

As for leveling watch it’s free and easy.

Steve Unfortunately I was unable to get the Corbin seat pictures to post in a PM so now I will try posting them here.
Other than being to slippery there is nothing wrong with the seat, at first I thought maybe the original owner had applied something like Armoral to it so I tried washing that off a bunch of times but that didn’t change anything. The newer Corbin I got from Tenere Guy is made from a rougher looking material and isn’t slippery at all.
