Incidentally, the tires are Metzeler Tourance EXP's. That's what came on my BLACK bike.

What inferior tire came on the BLUE bikes?
Of course they're slower and don't need good tires. ::015::

well done justinshort, you made a good choice there ..i have had bikes forever & over the past few years [ and bikes] i have sort of lost that bond you form with a good bike [ could be down to breakdowns with bmw,s ive had ] but i,m pleased to say ive got it back with the tenere, and after mile after mile of sofa style comfort and being 100% reliable ive grown to just love this bike . i,m sure you,ll find it the same... enjoy mate ..
