OK, those small bells people mount on bikes...

rem, Not so far, but besides riding my bike I really enjoy washing it. One of my biker friends asked me if I had peed on in yet. I said "Why?" He said "cause it's not really yours until you have" I told him "I feel it's not mine till I've washed it. I have no desire to pee on it." Bikers are weird….

Yeah, I'm not sure that is the ideal way to bond with your bike. However, I can sort of appreciate the sentiment … sort of. You'd want to stay clear of those spark plugs. ::024:: ::025:: ::025:: R.

Interesting. I usually only feel like a bike is mine once I get it dirty (not with pee). It will get its one and only true cleaning the weekend before I put it up for sale.

I'm guessing that urine thing is Harley related. It's a whole world about which I know nothing...and I like it that way.

It's mine the first time I pull up, kill it, dismount, and then don't walk straight away. But instead, stand back, and look at it and realize we just bonded.
Some of em did it for me right away. Some took a few more rides. And a couple just never did.

When I was a boy I raced dirt bikes. Dad made me wash them after I got them dirty. I don't know, I felt like it was like brushing your horse before you put it in it's stall. It was a bonding moment for me. Riding it is just fun. But no, I'd never pee on my bike, and yes, Harley bikers can be weird. I'm a bike enthusiast, not a biker.

There is a school of thought where you knock your bike over, just to get it over and done with. I don't subscribe to that one, life took care of that one for me.

Sort of like hanging a new helmet on the mirror and then just knock it off. Might as well get it over with. LOL
