Same here, it's gotta be about or just over half the value in repairs.Holy shit!! I'm surprised they didn't total it.

Crash bars would have likely saved the bike.Wow, hard to imagine so much damage from something that didn't even dismount you. Think a set of crash bars coulda stopped most of it?
Good for you having the ride back. Its gotta feel good. Just got my 21 a month ago and trying to ride every day, but nowhere near your range.
I would think that anything that bends the frame, would totally crumple a crashbar.. . . . Think a set of crash bars coulda stopped most of it? . . . .
Is that the first time for the rear set?25,195/changed rear pads as I made a habit of using the rear break more than the front for some reason/3 October 2021 . . . .
First time replacing the brakes, fronts seem to have a little under half life left.I would think that anything that bends the frame, would totally crumple a crashbar.

I go 5000 miles…..anyplace other than the USA had 6000 mile changes compared to our 4000 mile service. Just seems to be a good compromise.28,159/did oil (switched to synthetic) and final drive oil as well/18 December 2021
How long have some of you gone between changes with synthetic oil? I don't want to start the war on what oil you all use haha, just wondering as I've been running conventional Yamalube since new and changing every 4,000 miles.
