They are about 1.5 miles from my front door.
The Remote pre-load is extra, they work a bit like Wilburs and make shocks to order with remote pre-load and ride height adjusters being add-ons to the basic price.
I E-Mailed them when I bought my GS as they only offered a front shock and even offered to lend them my bike if they wanted to develop a front shocker to match - they never even replied to my E-Mail, so I got Wilburs from Germany instead!
In my experience most aftermarket stuff is far superior to the OEM stuff which is obviously built to a price (bought from cheapest chinese supplier the manufacturer can find) having seen a number of OEM shocks stripped it amazes me how well bikes handle with the OE stuff fitted, most look like the cost about £20 to build, and few last past 10k before the damping fades.
The Nitrons I have seen in the flesh do look amazingly well built, the one thing I would suggest for anyone purchasing from another country is can you get them rebuilt locally? This is why I have tended to use Ohlins and Wilburs in the past as there are a number of pecialists in the UK that can service them cheaply and parts are readily available (and will be for years to come)
