I guess it's a small world Ray. My wife's family if from Tolland (Buff Capp Rd). My brother in law lives in Willington, only a few miles from you. I'm up that way all the time.
How are you liking your S Ten?

That's funny, I just rode up buff cap today.

I put about 100 miles on it today, all back roads and some dirt. I like the bike a lot, it is just way different than i'm used to. It is a little vibey and keeps wanting to stall off idle.
I put the windscreen up to the high setting so now the buffeting is bearable but still won't be good for the highway.
And the engine braking is pretty harsh.

I think once the break in is done and I can rev it past 4k it will feel a lot different.

I've been riding inline four kawasakis for the past 15 or so years, So like I said its going to take a little getting used to.

But it's comfy, and feels good to me. I could have done another 100 if had time.

How bout you? Satisfied with your purchase?

So far I'm very satisfied. Haven't experienced the bike wanting to stall issue.
Also, for me, this bike is a big step up so I don't have the same comparrisons to make. Old ride is a KLR650 (talk about vibey). I still have it. My son rides it now. Matter of fact, I think we're going to go riding today.

I'm at about 425 miles now. Hopefully I'll add a few hundred this weekend. If I get up that way on the bike this summer, maybe I'll look you for a ride.
