Hello , does anyone have an idea how to remove the pins from the pannier OEM hinges door its only one way in/out

Grind off one end and tap out the pin. Keep the pastic cool with wet cloth.

If your doing this because the locks fell out there is easier ways.

I suspect its a simple (big) rivet.. so no... once the end is off then you will have to "glue" it back in on that one side... Not really a big deal...

let me know how it looks when you get it in. But call Yamaha corp. since thats how a got that extra hard case to begin with to see if they will hook you up with a new one since there is no parts break down for the OEM hardcases. ::002::
