Need some help ASAP

Hello , does anyone have an idea how to remove the pins from the pannier OEM hinges door its only one way in/out

Grind off one end and tap out the pin. Keep the pastic cool with wet cloth.

Yup. Unscrew the screws on the bottom of the Pannier and the bottom will come off.

Thank you TABASCO , do you know if there is a tool made for that pins to be remove, or maybe the dealers have any special tool

I suspect its a simple (big) rivet.. so no... once the end is off then you will have to "glue" it back in on that one side... Not really a big deal...

let me know how it looks when you get it in. But call Yamaha corp. since thats how a got that extra hard case to begin with to see if they will hook you up with a new one since there is no parts break down for the OEM hardcases. ::002::
