Didn't go into it fasting. Had a good breakfast of biscuits and gravy. Then drank a few beers an hour or so before sitting down (stomach pre stretch). I did it at lunchtime. Attacked the meat first like an animal. Got halfway thru in about 15 minutes so at that point I knew I had a really good chance so paced myself some. Ended up finishing in 52 minutes I believe. Biggest problem for me was my jaw got really sore from all the chewing.very cool , what was your technique?
