I am looking for a larger rear brake pedal device. With my big clunky riding boots it is sometimes difficult to just tap on the brake. Any insight(s) would be appreciated.

I have size 14" boots never had any problems, my concern it that if the pedal gets to fat you will rest your foot more often than not and ride the rear pads to death without realizing it.

Bad enough it runs itself when applying the front breaks alone due to the link system.
My 2 cents worth of don't ask me how I know.. ::)

But if you must have>> ::017::

It's one of those simple but effective little add on's which makes a lot of difference. I have to admit when I first got my S10 I missed the rear brake a few times and had my foot slip off once, it's not happened since I fitted the little add on.

purchasing one right now. I've only had my Tenere a week and that is my only complaint. I've already missed the rear brake pedal on 3 or 4 occasions.

I also found the standard rear brake lever to be too small.

My friendly bike dealer made this for me before they were commercially available from the big accessory firms.

I like it and it works perfectly for me.......it's now been on 2 S10s

Can anybody confirm that this will work as an add-on to the stock brake pedal? Looks trick!
Looks like you cut your old tip off and bolt this one in it's place.

I have the TT unit. And while riding with my Gaerne SG12 boots, my toe kept getting caught behind the clutch. So I made up this little guard and added it on.. Has worked fantastic !

I went with the Hepco- it's friggin' HUGE. I dremeled the tip off- it's still ridiculous, but better than stock. All these things add thickness/height. My pedal is adjusted all the way down and it's still too high. Anybody else having this issue?

Some of us have shortened the adjusting screw by a little bit to get more adjustment without having the bolt bottom out.

Cool! I'll take a look at that- just remove the (metal) screw and cut it a bit? Anything to be done to the plastic for the brake light switch?

There are enough threads in the brake light switch's adjustment already, no problem there.
I've not had the brake master apart yet, it seems the threaded adjuster is part of the piston maybe. I could look at a part fiche I suppose. I cut a couple threads off with the threaded rod held in place and a real light touch with a hack saw blade. Actually, I cut it off where the hole is for the cotter pin, less metal to cut.
