No one should have that much stuff on a trip, not even in a motorhome with a family of 5. That is not adventure riding

I disagree, imagine the adventure going through customs at every border! :D

We followed a pack mule up a trail in Co. on an elk hunt with a load just about like that. Everytime he took a step it shifted. Expected to find all kinds of junk up the trail from him but he must have made it okay. We went 5 miles, no idea where he went tho!

Well, I see "jokes" like this going down the highway all the time with this much stuff and more. Heck, Charlie and Ewan had more than this on their epic ride. If you're riding two-up and carrying the full camping gear kit (tent, bags, pads, chairs, kitchen, food, etc.), as well as a decent riding kit suitable for widely varying climates and the typical spares/tools, its not hard at all to load a bike like this. It doesn't do anything for handling and you do exceed the GVWR for the bike (as well as overload the tires), but most muddle through. It's all up to what you want out of the ride.

Probably good for short riding days. 3 hours to unpack, 4 hours to pack up, 2 hours for riding :))
