Hi Ramseybella, I definitely mean 900efi. your right that 885i Steamers were 93-98, there were then the 900i from 99-00 which were identical to the 01-06 955i girlies except had a triple 885i from the speed triple.
Hi tpak, I look forward to your review of the Enduristan tank bag, Ive yet to make a final decition on what to get.
So, I picked up the bike when the dealership opened at 9am Saturday and finally tucked her in at 10pm sunday having covered around 400miles.
I can't believe how smooth it makes the roads in the UK feel, the pillion seet got the ::008:: from the missus and a very jelous friend. I definitely chose the best colour! I had the biggest grin all weekend and cannot explain in words how happy I am with the bike.
I will have to apologise for the first picture of it as I didn't stop to take one all weekend and this was done by my girlfriend as I was eagerly leaving the dealer. I chucked on a tailbag from the triumph so I could carry snacks and supplies, but i'm still on a quest for the best tank bag. The GPS mounted nicely and was easily powered by the 12v socket on the dash. Fantastic!
