Hot n muggy going into town.
Cold, wet, breezy coming home.

You sound like the fellas at my dealer. :)

Bought my next tire from them today. Told them to hold it for me when it comes in. Hoping I can make it to oil change time.

Seriously, I don't know how many. I'm an idiot for not having a tire changer in the barn. These Big Fat Big Blocks are cheap. Paying to mount them kinda spoils the deal.

I have a three minute drive to work, so not worth suiting up. Just as well as it was sleeting on the way home. Roads are covered in sleet/ice now, winter is here :-[

Definitely not. 4 miles to work, not worth eating it on the way home. Plus, I gave my boss a ride home in my pickup because he brought his only mode of transport, an ST1100. I used to daily ride in the snow when necessary when I lived in MO, because it was a 20 mile commute.

I'm in Denton, BTW.

slightly geographically north---------------- I bet none of us Colorado boys rode to work today. It was -10 at 7:30 and the roads iced up real good. But the T Beast in the garage looked like a hungry lion ready to pounce on an innocent little Impala. " Settle down big kitty -- your day will come." And soon I hope.

Don't think anyone is looking for sympathy. Someone once told me that if you're looking for sympathy, it's in the dictionary - right betwee $h!t and syphilis.

Actually, I DO have sympathy for folks that have to live in Dallas. :)

Kid Karson, (until you change your first diaper) it's a Texas joke. So don't think I mean Dallas sucks compared to........

The S10 is nice and warm in my garage. It took me 7 hrs to get home from Dallas to Gainesville on friday night in my car. Everything is still iced up. What is the best skid plate? I bent the stock one up in Lake Cities, Colorado on the way to a trailhead.

My S10 is out in the cold under a cover, frozen in place. My truck died on me yesterday, so I'm really hoping it gets warm enough today to melt some of the ice.

IMO, Jaxon makes the best skid plate. I've bashed the heck out of mine on several occasions and it just begs for more. www.rideonadv.com

I rode to work after lunch today. Dodged most of the ice and snow. A little sketchy on the way home because it was below freezing.
