Mine is pretty simple. I fly helicopters and airplanes for a major LE agency hence the heli with my first name.

My family has roots in the North Palouse (puh-loose), which I live near. The user name is a play on words that has, at times, some truth to it. If you love mud-riding, you can have more than your fill of it in the Palouse--especially during the late-winter snowmelt. Here's a Supertenere prototype we were "field" testing about 1976. I reported to Yamaha that "it's a tad heavy, but, once moving, you don't notice the weight!"

Got mine from the movie Boyz 'n' The Hood. I grew up in East Los Angeles at a time when the gangs were growing and getting a lot of headlines. One of the characters in the movie, Furious Styles, is the father of the main character and tries to get the young guys to understand the importance of pride in their community, owning their futures, and not buying into the dead end of drugs and gangs and violence. Just thought the character was important and the name was cool, and for about 10 years have used the slightly changed spelling for various online accounts.

Mine is simple really. I was born into the cattle business & lived on horses most of my life. I sold my last horse three years ago.

I also used to ride motorcycles over 30,000 miles per year when I lived with a _itch for a wife. So saddletramp it was.

P.S. For the last five years I've been married to my dream girl & don't ride near as much. (At least the bike & horses!) ;)

Broke the trend with the twin cylinder Super Tenere, but had to stick with Bigbore4, even on this forum.

My primary flight instructor was a grizzled old-school airshow pilot. Back in the day he did shows with Duane and Marion Cole. He said I was good for one decent loop but that the more I did the worse they were. So he started calling me ONELOOPER.

Well there is this place called Toompine, way out bush in the western part of Queensland, Australia southwest of Quilpe where the rail line ends. It was a way station for travelers back in the early days and still is there (picture to the left.) My dad, one of the first Yanks in Australia (December 1941) in WWII married my mom, an Aussie during the war. They went back after the war and he became fast mates with the proprietor, Freddie Houghton. I was born there on that 6 year stay and sort of adopted it as my part of the outback because my dad was so over the top about this trail side, red dirt place. Sort of represent the true Aussie heritage to me. I had an Uncle that lived bush most of his entire life about 100 miles west of the place.

Keeps me part of the country and the Aussie family by using the Toompine as a call name.

Mine started in 2004 when I bought my first big duallie, an orange Triumph Tiger 955. So tried for Orange Tiger on Adv Rider but it was taken, then Orange Cat- taken, then RED CAT , got lucky. 10 years later and it stuck. Ain't changing it now.

When I carry concealed, my gun is in a holster called "Thunderwear". Rides in the front right below belt line. I think the play on words is cool so I've used it as a username for a while.

My name is Kelly McCulley and a track announcer {actually it was Tony Alessi, Mikes douche bag dad} back in the 90s had trouble pronouncing my name one night after I hole shot'ed moto 1 and he just shortened it to Kelly Mac...it stuck and all of my friends just call me Kelly mac or even shorter, kmac. On all of my forums my name is kmac or Kellymac and often with a 530 in there ie kellymac530 after one of my favorite past bikes. kmac it is.

I grew up on the family farm and we were always into everything...and so, I grew up as a left-handed, piano playing, crop duster flying, tractor drivein' dirt bike ridin' farm kid. I was also a 'notorious' dirt bike crasher in my early days...with many broken collarbones to show for my expertise with the infamous 'Flying W'. When I was quizzed once about my numerous broken collar bones by a new riding aquaintance, my old riding buddy recited the 'list' above, and then said..."Other than all that, he's nearly normal..." The handle stuck with me... ;)

Same one I've been using for years on various forums. Just easier than having multiple names on various boards. Short for "Bushmaster AR-15". Was a "club" level competition tactical and 3-gun shooter. Firearms and exercising my 2nd Amendment Right is one of my other "hobbies"...
