I live in Chile, Southamerica, and have a a 2013 S10 with Touratech Zega panniers. I was looking for toolboxes, and founded yours, which I believe is the best.
I want to made one for me. Could you please give me the dimensions (or drawing if you have it), list of materials, how you sealed the box against water in the door joint, etc. From which material did you construct it? How did you fold the corners?
I will also appreciate if you can collaborate with detailed picture and whatever other detail you think is important.
