Hi All,

Just received and fitted my Altrider Crash Bars (lowers only) to my 2010 ST10, i have an issue with the radiator support, let me summarise:

> The instructions said to fit the radiator support rubber into the ring on the left bar and then fit it up.
> The reality was that if i use the rubber then the bars would not fit, the tolerancing/dimensions seem wrong
> If i leave out the rubber, the bars fit (ie all mounting holes can be made to line up - albeit still a surprising amount of 'persuading')
> Once fitted, the ring on the left bar is a solid fit to the round 'protrustion' at the bottom of the radiator (ie the bit the rubber originally was fitted on)
> I'm now worried i have a metal to metal interface from the bars to the radiator ..... and hence vibration might cause an issue with the radiator (Photo below)

Can anyone share their experiences of installing these bars please and advise if this is an issue or not.

Thanks for the prompt reply, i've triple checked the Altrider install video, it seems confused, see pictures below with the various time-stamps from the video. Is there a difference in radiators' from first model year i wonder?ALtrider vid 3.jpg

if you look at above video you can see at 13.00 minutes in the rubber cap for supporting the rsd

Thanks for posting that video Rob, i've taken a couple of measurements of mine, i wonder if i could trouble you for the same measurements from your bike, i suspect the 'ring' on mine is too high, the first photo shows mine closer to the top of the mounting plate than yours does.
