Hi All,
Just received and fitted my Altrider Crash Bars (lowers only) to my 2010 ST10, i have an issue with the radiator support, let me summarise:
> The instructions said to fit the radiator support rubber into the ring on the left bar and then fit it up.
> The reality was that if i use the rubber then the bars would not fit, the tolerancing/dimensions seem wrong
> If i leave out the rubber, the bars fit (ie all mounting holes can be made to line up - albeit still a surprising amount of 'persuading')
> Once fitted, the ring on the left bar is a solid fit to the round 'protrustion' at the bottom of the radiator (ie the bit the rubber originally was fitted on)
> I'm now worried i have a metal to metal interface from the bars to the radiator ..... and hence vibration might cause an issue with the radiator (Photo below)
Can anyone share their experiences of installing these bars please and advise if this is an issue or not.
