Just brought home my new Tenere and love it!! New to forum...and advice for a new owner?

Been riding for about 10 years in the back roads of Texas

2005 Yamaha Roadstar Warrior

Welome from Graham and congrats on the new Ten. Who'd you deal with? I got mine in Burleson, I used to live in Bosque CO. If you haven't you should head that way. Lots of gravel county roads with a few river crossings on the Bosque River.

I got the bike from North Texas House of Motorcycles in Hurst (Formerly Yamaha Suzuki of Texas). I have to say it was not a great experience. Even though the dealership is convenient, I had a much better experience dealing with Burleson. (I used to Live in Burleson).

Looking forward to getting past break-in and have some fun.

Welcome from Haslet! I work near that dealer and have heard of similar experiences. If you need help from a dealer call Jason at Stadium or use Burleson, both good. Holler sometime and we'll meet up and ride.

That's not the first time I've heard a bad report about that place or the beemer place next door. I was just there last weekend and saw a black Ten on the floor. I had a first rate experience at BPS. I went to High School in Joshua, so that area is my old stomping ground.
