Hi all, I bought a Competition White ST yesterday and already got 400 km on it.
I am very gently breaking it in and that can be frustrating at times but it is defenitly worth it.
The days when I used to build an emotional hausse for a new bike is over, now the bikes have to prove to me
they are worth my feelings
First impressions of the Super Tenere is good though, the engine is a bit "rude" at throttle from lower rpm's (shakes) but I have a feeling that
this may have to do with the clutch and will smooth out with some miles, time will tell. Midrange (where I am allowed to run) is wonderful, great feeling and smoothness.
The bike is very well balanced, steady and very comfortable.
I have rode in the rain and it works perfectly, longer distances are effortless. The windprotection is complete apart from some turbulence on the top of the helm.
I have been hanging here for a few weeks before I bought my bike!
So again, Hi!
Daniel
