$2000. The other $1000 will be added to your trade in value. If the dealer offers you 3K for your trade in, Mother Yamaha will throw in another 1K. You're still dealing with the dealer on what you think your trade in is worth Vs what he thinks it's worth. Even if they give you $500 less than you wanted, the extra 1K from Yamaha makes it a good deal.

Just picked up my 2013 yesterday, $9444.82 total with tax, tags, and fright. Still a good deal in my eyes and looking forward to many happy miles.
