I've purchased from these guys in the past. They do deliver but I found out that they primarily ship via FedEx and I had to pay customs fees. I purchased $400+ of Givi stuff and ended up paying ~ $65 in fees.

Don't pay the fees - there is a thread about that on the advrider forum (should come up via Google). The bottom line is, the products are exempt from customs fees.

This might be the thread I am thinking about - http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=998276&page=2

Good to know. I fought it for the longest with FedEx and lost the battle after they threatened collection/credit reporting, etc.

Other Forum readers may like to know that in the UK (and elsewhere in Europe, I believe) the 2014 onwards XT1200Z model doesn't come with the pillion grab rails, which means that none of the Givi pannier rails fit, even though Givi's website states that they do. I purchased the PL2119 pannier frames in November and I'm still waiting for the UK Givi importers to come up with a solution so that I can fit the rails to my bike.

Looking at the fittings for other luggage manufacturers, only Hepco & Becker seem to make pannier frames to fit both the XT1200Z and the XT1200ZE, by providing bigger spacers for the Z model without the grab rails. Yamaha list spacers as an accessory that you have to buy for the XT1200Z if you want to fit the factory pannier supports, but I don't know whether these would work for the Givi (or other manufacturers') pannier rails.

I just installed the Givi Outback frames (PL2119CAM) on my grey 2014 ES. The frames fit just fine, and the Outback cases look good on the bike. I will try to post a picture tomorrow if anyone is interested.

After 3 weeks my cases finally shipped. I guess they meant 3 weeks instead of 4-5 days....smh.

Shipping details only list one case with the dimensions and weight matching one case. Emailed them back and they assured me both cases are in that shipment. We shall see if both arrive.

Yes, they are the 37L cases. I used them on another bike and they provide more than enough space for my needs. These cases are also extremely easy to attach/detach, so very easy to take them into the hotel when traveling, or off the bike when not needed.

Yeah. I didn't feel like trusting international shipping/company/customs etc... I ordered everything off of Revzilla including the liner bags. I staggered it though so I could use the 20-30 zilla cash for each purchase.

My cases arrived on Monday. Installed last night and all is well. Very happy with them. Though I am wondering if I should have went with the 37/48 combo. The 37 on the right side is tighter to the bike than I expected. I didnt like the 33/46 combo of the Trekkers when I have those as they felt too wide. The Outbacks seem more narrow. I do wish they were asymmetrical racks though. Total cost $666 shipped from Italy for the pair of black 37L, and $162 for the rack from Revzilla. The rack was on clearance and it was a blem due to a small scratch on the mounting point.

Happy over all.

Filled out form to dispute it. Will fax it in tomorrow. Including the Harmonized Tariff Schedule that shows that Motorcycle accessories are free from taxes. Fax and wait.

Update on my Venture.... ordered a pair of 37L Outbacks for sidecases and the 42L topcase from Motostorm IT. Just under $1000 USD includes shipping. Ordered 2Feb15 (4-5 day backorder) and they shipped on 11Feb15. As of this morning, the packages just left Memphis, TN. WOOOhooo!!! FedEx did call me yesterday to verify that I was expecting a shipment from Italy... hmmmm. Will update when they arrive...
