Change the brake fluid, flush it all out. Obviously make sure NO air. After that, check the adjuster and try spinning the wheel with the adjuster in different positions, lube the adjuster as well. You can always go back to the original position.
If after that it’s not totally fixed, I would pull each caliper and find the one that is dragging. Pull that caliper off, pull the pistons, pull the rubbers and clean everything. The pistons are going to be filthy. Depending on where you live, maybe corroded. Make sure the OD of the pistons you can eat off clean (4) and put it all back together. Re bleed the brake and you should be ready to go.
In 2012 when I had only had my bike for 1-2 weeks my brand new bike was doing what your are describing. I pulled the calipers and pistons and the rubber seals were twisted in the boar. The pistons were binding and dragging. Yamaha replaced the seals and has been no problem since then.
I've only seen this once when the brake fluid was over filled slightly. Worked just fine, until the next day when it was much warmer than when the job was done and the fluid expanded. Draining a little out fixed it. (I actually did a full flush and bleed since it was a rider stuck on the road that I had come to my house.) It was visually over filled when you pulled the cap and rubber seal off.
The brake lever has a position adjuster on the lever. Thanks,
It is fully clean. I am in Hungary, no rusty was on calippers.
what kind of adjusters do you wrote?
Ok, so did this problem exist before the brake fluid was clean and fresh? If so, what did the fluid look like before you changed it? Dirty fluid would take us back to @gv550 's suggestion about a plugged return port. Thanks
This was the first option, but not, drained, no difference

My front brake tightens. Calippers are clean, pads 50%, no air bulbs, new oil…etc. Did all basic check.
I do not know how long does it.
If i spin the wheel, it rolls only half, max one.
It works well, no warning light.
any idea where to go?
