With the dry winter this year we've had so many fire bans that prevent me from using my charcoal grill or having fire in the backyard.
Broke in my new Camp Chef Woodwind Pro this week and here's the first cook from today.
Served with some boiled corn and funeral potatoes.
I'm a Memphis dry bbq fan so yes, no sauce...

Well, yeah, of course. It's a state of Texas invite. Plenty of places for fantastic ribs. That being said, B-B-Q is so subjective, some might not like our style. Me personally? I like tablitas, or otherwise known as cross-cut ribs.

I'm lazy. I use fajita spice and then put them on the grill. (I use fajita spice on just about everything, including eggs) I use a combo of oak/mesquite/pecan to smoke them.

Tenderloin Porkchops. I was surprised to find out that they have less fat than chicken. I grill/smoke them on the weekend for meal prep during the week.

Cheese filled, bacon covered meat twinkie with some nice healthy salad and a little apple habanero bbq sauce for presentation. It was very good!

While I was out riding today my Beautiful Wife decided to bake some banana bread. I've been a bad influence on her over the years. She added toasted coconut and chocolate chips to it. Based on the aroma alone, it's going to be extremely yummy with coffee tomorrow morning. Boring pork satay over saffron rice for dinner tonight. Pics later, but you guys have seen that one before.
