While on the road with my two loved ones (wife and S10) we had the most delicious lunch. Chicken Thigh Filet Seroendeng style with veggies, fries and delicious kroepoek. Don’t know if it makes sense for you all but we are coming back someday for more!

That's just about enough to piss me off. :D Better have more on hand. :D
Since my Wife and younger Son won't eat fish, I divided the filet into thirds.
My older Son and I each had a third for dinner, and I took the other third to work for lunch the next day.
I made chicken for the non fish-eaters.

Sorry, but you would have had nothing for lunch.

Also known as Sirloin Tip Roast

Smoked in the Traeger for around 4 hours, with a BBQ-glaze finish.

Sliced as thin as I could make it by hand.

Served with Stone-ground Mustard and Horseradish, on a Kaiser Roll, with Romaine Lettuce and pepper-jack Cheese.

With leftover mashed-potatoes and buttered green-beans.

Funny you should mention that. I got this delightful little gem for Christmas. It is the alcohol version of a K-Cup. The bottles have hard lines that connect to the machine. It has "pods" that bar codes on them. The machine reads the barcode and determines which liquor to add to the pod and into the glass. Alcohol strength can be adjusted from a half shot up to 3.4oz. The pods contain the proper mixers for specific drinks. IE: whiskey sour, old fashioned, etc. No need to have any mixing knowledge/skill. The downside is that the pods range from about $2-$6usd. Still much cheaper than at a pub/bar/club. The upside is that every drink tastes the same. (for better or worse) The pods are made by Bartesian and the machine by Black & Decker. Cheers.

It has spots for vodka, gin, whisky, rum, and tequila. It also has a water bottle space. Those cups are actually "shot size" Solo cups. If you go to the Bartesian website, they have the proper glass(es) for specific drink(s). There is also a Bartesian version of the drink maker, but it doesn't hold as many bottles, and it cost way more than the B&D version.
