Steak and Potatoes tonight. My wife does a rockin' fried potatoes, but accidentally spilled some french fried onions into the potatoes at the end tonight. Mmmmmmm, good. A nice meal, even with out some green stuff.
Before spilling the french fried onions

After

On the plate with my half of the steak, which was grilled to a perfect medium rare.

1) What pray tell is "Canna"? o_O
2) "Accidently" poured french fried onions?
3) I made a "dip" that y'all might want to try. Nothing worth looking at. Recipe: one can of refried bean w/jalepneos. One jar of queso. One pound of ground beef (browned) with one package of taco seasoning added. Mix 'em all together on the stove until it's warm, and enjoy.

Definitely looks yummy. . . . I just don't have the patience. I can't spend more than a couple of hours cooking. . . . but, I can spend days eating.

Looks like breakfast for about 3 people. Is that just for one person?

If you're referring to the Brisket, there are 4 of us. We had it for dinner two nights in a row, plus I brought a good-sized plate to my next-door neighbor. Been snacking on it ever since also...........

If you are referring to the eggs and Brisket, it's not a full-sized plate. It's a small 8-inch plate, and Yes...................That was just for me.

It's not that bad with the WiFi meat-probe.
I usually do other things, and return every so often to tend to the fire-box and spray it to keep it moist.
