Anyone recommend or know of some lights that mount on the front forks?
Near the fender I think? Saw a BMW with all these crazy lights and that looked cool? Thanks

I don't know of any that are direct bolt on................... BUT - pick the lights you would like to use for that application, and then come up with a mount.... The light can be bought "off the shelf"..... and there is a good chance you can find a mount "off the shelf"......... Add them together and you have what you want.......

There are SO many lights available, pick that first..... If you need wiring help, either I or the forum can certainly help.......... Its easy... You can have the lights do anything you want....

I know a guy that mounted some extra lights to the lower fork tubes of an ST1300. He dropped the bike. One of the lights caught on a curb and snapped off the light. IIRC, he had used a caliper mounting hole/tab. So, when the light snapped, so did the caliper and the tab it was bolted to. Had to replace the complete lower tube.

I never understood why he mounted them to the lower fork. The constant movement of the light would have driven my crazy.

Always lots of light options.... Ha - How much do you want ? Ive always found that installed "higher and wider" is a pretty good combo...

I did Piaa when they were the only real game in town. A friend I tour with had some Clearwater lights and I saw the amount of light they put out and they work when on low beam too. Set to how ever dimmed you want them. I chose the Sevina super Sevina hybrid kit. 18,500 lumens. You have no problem seeing up ahead or seeing the ditches. I also am a proponent of mounting higher and wider. That way you don't get lost as easily in the headlights of cars that are following you. People can miss you then pull out right in front of you. Now with these lights... there is no way for thst to happen again.

Thank you
Oh, one more tidbit. If I needed or wanted another set of lights their relay has two more wires coming out the I could easily attach to and they offer a discount on a second set when you order. Plug them in and mount. Also if you wire up a trigger wire to the horn system they will go to full brightness when the horn button is pressed.
I have no need for another set.

I had denali dm's mounted on a denali mount that replaces the bolts on your front fender on my Gsxs1000gt. It allows the lights to turn with your front wheel. I liked it. I believe this setup is the one or similar to what you probably saw on the bmw. All on the denali website. Quality products but be prepared to spend quite a bit.

Did your light move a lot with the movement of the forks? That might be annoying or I might like it?
Installing tomorrow on my day off
Thanks

I had a BMW 3-series with headlights that aimed with the steering angle. It was awesome. My guess is that having aux lights attached to your forks would be similar.
