Hi guys. The company that made me the file was not open today...

So, I went to the workplace to learn how to use the scanner and I think I succeeded in that! :) I now have a new pdf file and I also tested printing by choosing A3 size, and the template size is real 1:1. However, it is good to check the fit before cutting the plastic sheet.

I don't know how to attach the file here, but if 'Mr. Saint rob' could do it one more time it would be easier for me...?

The small holes in the template are 5mm, and the big one is 8mm.

I took my usb to a local Staples and printed it on a A3 or 11x17 inch paper. Then purchased a cheap black rubber trash bucket from Home Depot and used that. Works great! Thanks Jiivee!

Glad to hear that! :)
I assume that you got the template printed 1:1 and you also cut the finished pieces from the plastic and installed them?

i got the new one printed
its showing 342mm long, and 318mm hole to hole, as your first picture shows it to be 353mm and 327mm does this mean this one is wrong to

Yep, it's too small now. I think the problem is in the printer settings? When you have selected an A3 sheet from the printer, make sure before printing that the "actual size" or "real size" is also selected. That setting should be found in the printer settings.

It's hard for me to give better advice because I'm terrible with computers...

OP I cant thank you enough for this as its something that I have contemplated in the past. I will test things out and post my results.

Im half inclined on the computer (as i should be working in IT) so maybe I can help out getting a PDF thats an easy consistent print for everyone.

I cut mine out and fitted them, great fit and look like an original fitment as the textured finish matches the mirrors .
Work great, and even better now as I tilted the bars back a tad,
Thanks for taking the time and sharing this mod with us and to Bimota for sorting out the plan.

For those who don't have access to A3 printer, per @Dshane 's advice above, I ordered a print job with the pdf file to my local staples on 11x17 inch paper. It came back printed to the correct specs (~353mm end to end). Note I unchecked "scale to fit" in the print job options. Now waiting on an Amazon delivery of 1/16" ABS sheets. Big thanks to @Jiivee!
