Local print shop mate or send it over I'll print and post, did something similar to these myself back along, but ended up with some 3d printed ones from deftoner, if they aren't equal you get a wobble over the ton though.

Thanks very much Jiive, I hope you don’t mind but I’ve attached the file below so you won’t need to send it to everyone who wants a copy. Please let me know if you want me to remove it and I’ll delete it straight away.
Now to source some material:)
Thanks a lot!
There have already been several requests, so this is fine for me...

I made a set of something similar a couple years ago out of a old plastic waste bin. They worked well and I still have them. I have since used the 3d printed ones from @deftoner , they work great as well. I love seeing the awesome ideas that people come up with. Kudos to the OP!20201223_115217_HDR.jpg20201223_115224_HDR.jpg20201223_115253_HDR.jpg

I measured the material I used and it is exactly 2.2mm thick. So I would try 2mm sheet because I think it is more flexible and easier to cut with scissors. And when the finished piece is installed, the curved shape and fastening stiffens it.

This is just my opinion and I can't say for sure how another material or thickness will work...

Hi Chaps
Before I cut my only bit of plastic, I offered the template up to the bike and it looks too long. I have 15 inches between the 2 furthest holes , could some one please check? . I had it printed to A3 at work .
Thank you

You are right, something is wrong and I don't understand what? I will try to figure it out on Monday with the company that made this pdf file for me. They printed the template for me and I assumed that the size is real when it is printed on an A3 sheet. I'm sorry if someone has already cut the plastic sheet. :(

I promise to find out what's wrong. I don't understand anything about files and programs myself, but the company that did this should be open tomorrow and I'm going to visit there. I'll let you know as soon as I know more...
