I have been camping and pulling stakes every day for the last two weeks on a 4,619 ride. What made this possible is a battery bank I picked up on Amazon for $172 USD. I also had to purchase the adapter for my CPAP separately from Amazon for an additional $35 USD. I installed a USB charger under the saddle. From the charger, I run a USB to USB-C cable up to my tank bag where I keep and top off the power bank while riding. Due to the slow charging, after a week I did have to find a power outlet at one of the campsite after a week to charge the battery to full. That's not bad for two weeks of sleeping in a tent with a CPAP. The thing is, after a full days ride, I was also charging my Cardo intercom with it before calling it a day. For my next trip I may bring my smaller battery pack to charge the Cardo. The slow charging off the USB to C should keep up then.
The unit I purchased is the Renogy 72000mAh Power Bank.
