White would be an easy color to paint. This bike in general is easy as pie to have painted. Find someone who works in body shop who will paint it on the side for you after hours. You should be able to have it done in a weekend. It is well worth it!!! Throw on some WASP Red decals, and enjoy the smiles!!!
Excellent idea - again !!!
I would maybe want to have the original panels in case I sold it ever but that's kind of unlikely and the new buyer could always re paint at will. ::022::
Should be easy to put a picture into a computer paint program to see the results first.

Re: Black, Blue, Silver or White

I saw the 2013 models at the International Motorcycle Show in Dallas today, the new flat/denim/matte grey and the pearl white, WOW! In my eyes, the matte grey is much better than the 2012 black, and the white is just simply stunning.

If I get enough $$$$ for my 2010 HD FLTRX RoadGlide Custom, I'll get a white!

My dealer, Niehaus Cycles, in IL, got a white set up yesterday and have it on the showroom flood. Overall, I think it looks good. That white tank sure looks like it could use some Wasp red decals though to break up all that white.

Fred, If not the wasp decals, at least some from the WorldCrosser Kit set people can order from Canada for $99. That would dress up the exhaust and add some color, or at least be able to give them to the new owner.

Those WorldCrosser decals include side tank protectors, but they're just decals, the padded protectors are sold separate for $24.95, I just ordered a set http://www.yamaha-motor.ca/accessories/accessory_details.php?item=5667&group=M&model=4196

hi Jeff,

Yes, that looks like it would help. I like the quality of the pearl type white paint, but to me, there is just too much of it on that big tank. Looks nice, but after 18,000+ miles on my blue bike, we have bonded and it looks like it will be a keeper for a long time.

Re: Black, Blue, Silver or White

Just picked up a black one. Funny thing is Blue is my favorite color, and when I first laid eyes on a ST it was the blue one. Told myself that is the bike I got get. Was about to get the blue and at the last minute decided on black. The blue is pretty, but the black is sinister. Although I like the new grey color best.

Re: Black, Blue, Silver, White or Grey

I've always loved black (no matter what bike), but the blue has grown on me since I've spent so much time on and around it. Now I have to look at a White/Red all day long since my owner bought one and the Gray that's available has my name all over. It's like a curse working at a dealership! I need to win the lotto!!!

Re: Black, Blue, Silver, White or Grey

All my past bikes have been black, except for a 2000 VFR. It only came in yellow. This time I went with the blue and I'm really enjoying the change. I've even removed the yellow decals. I like the simple, clean look of the S10.

Tank pad

I want to order the Worldcrosser tank pad. Can this only be done through a dealer? When I go to the site shown I don't see a way to purchase any product. Or am I missing something.

White is Nice ( rallye colour)

Black is a sinner ( takes time to keep fresh)

Gray with worldcrosser kit looks like a underdog ;)
