What?
Mark is moving to a restricted area? (your words, not mine)

Have you thought this through?
Wait a minute......how restricted?

Can your grass get a little long?
Can you have a fridge on the porch. (back porch at least?)
Can you park your tractor anywhere you want?
(You ARE keeping your tractor?)

I don't know if I like it. ???

Its not area 51 :D Its a 700 acre farm that the family(i've known them for 30 years) is spliting into small farms 15 to 50 acre plots. Restrictions are to keep it nice. No diverting the creeks kind of stuff and of course no junk yards. We plan on a small haven to garden and chill in our old age. Yes to all your questions and definetly keeping my tractor. We bought 20 acres at the back of the farm on a bluff, great view and plenty private. 600 acre farm joins us to the West, 1000 acre farm in trust joins us to the North. So we'll be tucked in about 2 miles from the road. The Xtrainer will be my go to the mailbox bike. We met a couple of couples that have bought in and they seem just like us. Like nature and being outdoors and want a little space to breathe. If you come see me I bet you'll like it!

OK. Now I have the picture. (excellent description too)

You scared me for a second. :)

Completely different kind of "restrictions"
Those are country restrictions. Rural restrictions.

Sounds fantastic even. I'm happy for yaw!

I'd buy a Beta if that is what is needed fro conformity. I am however more of a leader than a follower, hence our (me and Mark) ride to OK at the Rally. Do you remember both of us rounding the corner where the grader left us a surprise? Good save Mark way better than my simple dab at 40 MPH.................

Old man has skillzzzzzzz

True Grip was nice enough to invite me to ride with him a few weeks ago. He has a nice place now I couldn't see why he was moving. But after we went to his new place I understand. GREAT VIEW of the country side.

Actually Patrick I DO remember your non-conforming decision to lead my good friend True Grip on a ride to OK while everyone else actually rode in Arkansas during the ....."Arkansas Rally"

And the other thing I remember is you returning with my good friend True Grip in stiches and bandages.

Since you brought it up. LOL O:)

That may very well have been established! I'm 58. I'm an old dog, not a BIG dog.

I remember the run to the border. It was like we was Frank and Jessie. What was the hurry? Oh yea we wanted to ride 250 miles of dirt to OK and make it back before supper. I can still see that dogs face that ran between us when my front tire touched his tail ??? He thought a black bear had got him. I bet he didn't get off the porch the rest of the day. Good times! That save was all electronics I have little skill ;). For the memory

What? All this time I have been harboring false accusations towards Patrick?

For that, I humbly withdraw them, and plead for mercy for my recklessness.
Patrick, you are quite the gentleman for taking Pete's heat.

And we ARE talking about commuter-Pete, right? Who ditched his Tenere for a thumper as he led his brothers into backwoods Malay?
Scoundrel, I tell ya. ::025::

Yaw remind me of how much I enjoyed that Rally! Good times. Looking forward to grouping up again in WV.

Yes commuter Pete, Tat Shak Pete really nice guy and in his defense he gave us fair warning. When he parked the Tenere and got on the DR I should have figured it out but I wanted to see what the Tenere and I was made of. Turns out I break easier :D Patrick knows Arkansas really well he even told me it was fixing to get ruff. Still had a great time and have a bent finger as a permanent reminder so alls well. I was treated to many acts of kindness too. Eric from East TN let me ride back with him in his van and brought me to my front door. That was really cool I didn't have to grip the throttle with 4 fingers and hold my pinky out for 400 miles. That was much appreciated! I'm sure we will have a great time in Romney looking forward to meeting the East coast crew!

Patrick don't forget to say "Mercy granted". When someone asks you you got to give it in order to receive it when you ask. ::024:: O:)
