Some of you guys have given me the Enduro bike bug. This bike seems like a good entry bike but still some performance. I like a whole lot about it. Lightweight, power curve, oil injection, 2 stroke, square bore and stroke, power valve, radiator fan too. I'm sure I can plate it in TN and will travel well on a bumper carrier. Anybody else have any Beta Enduro experience? It looks good to me also

Any opinions? Other than it's not orange pumpkin lovers (Patrick) ;D

True Grip I went to Louisville the the last two Saturday's to look at a 2013 RS500. I have been reading for a month about these bikes. I also was thinking about a 500exc. But after riding it and being able to put my feet on the ground because of the 36 inch seat height I was sold. I ordered a 2105 RS 500. Lots more power than my yam wr250, however; lots more maintance. Do you have a dealer near by.

Thanks guys!
Tony I have a dealer about an hour away haven't been over yet but will go soon just to look at quality. So far haven't found anybody dissatisfied with their Beta. When you get your bike let me know. You should come down here. I live in a large county with many unimproved roads. We are not that far apart. I'll see you soon at Romney you can fill me in.

Twinrider,AC where are you? You both have 350 exc's what do you think about the design. The bike has Sachs suspension not anything like WP only 43mm forks. It's where Beta was keeping the price down and the weight too. Claimed 218 dry I've read from 34 to 37 HP. MSRP is 6990. I'm seeing a lot of fun for 7 grand. It will be plated but hauled to riding places like Silverton, BB, Tellico and will see some choice power lines here. Any thought I'm 55 soon and old men just wanna have fun!

I've had my eye on this bike since I saw the press release 6 months ago. IIRC they're supposed to be showing up at the dealers anyday now. I was ready to hand over cash for one but then impulse purchased the new S10 in December so need to think twice now before dropping $7K more. Still though might be time to upgrade my '02 300EXC.

SilverBullet if you jump in let's us know. We should have some feedback soon. The dealer I talked to said he would take orders in June again and bikes should be shipped again this fall. He said Beta made 1500 initial units and have sold them all, even cancelled dealer demo bikes to put them in customers hands. Seems like a good plan a bike that can be ridden slow for B and C riders who don't want full on race bikes.

Dangit! Now y'all got me to thinking about another bike..... Those unimproved roads near Truegrip would be an absolute blast on one of those.

Lots of places around here to ride one of these bikes. Steve do you want to ride Sat. We'll stay out of the creeks they'll likely be swollen. I'd like to trash my rear tire before I put on one for Romney. PM me. Mark

:D watched it twice and read word for word!

You know when I get this bike my wife will get her way on everything she wants in the new house. She'll steal my conservatism and say
"You just bought a new motorcycle" ::) OK Honey what ever you want. Most likely she will anyway.

What did you think wives are for?

Those are EXACTLY, some, of the reasons we have a wife.
Sounds like everyone will be happy. Just doesn't get any better. :)

Now, go get a trailer hitch for your Tenere. LOL
Drag that Beta with you everywhere.
Ain't no mountain high enough..............
