Baja Designs - Excellent Warranty Support

Just wanted to let you guys know about a great warranty experience I had today with Baja Designs. I have the Squadron lights from Jaxon's RideonADV group buy, and have been having some issues with getting the lights to come on and stay on when I flip the high beam switch. As has proven to be the case with many of the other electrical connections on the bike, the culprit turned out to be the relay in the Baja Designs harness - it was more or less completely corroded.

A quick call to Baja and an explanation of the issue, and a fresh harness is on its way via UPS.

Totally impressed. When I finally have some farkle funds, I'll be getting some Baja Designs lights for my FJ Cruiser.

similar thing happened to my onx setup. one failed relay. they replaced immediately. then two dimmers went south. each replaced and the last debugged and the third one sent was tested to make sure we had a basepoint. about a month into the third with no issues. While that may seem like a bummer, new products that get jostled and abused on a motorcycle take time to shake out.

the above and beyond goes to them for supplying a handful of terminal connectors since i was out and would have had to buy a minimum number from somewhere.

absolutely no money changed hands after the inital sale and everyone i talked to was helpful to get to a final solution.

I'd already used them for some dirtbike application and will buy from them again.

Ditto - i got some squadrons through Jaxon and to make a long story short, had to get some work done to them. i had them back to my door in less than a week, including a prepaid shipping label to use to send 'em back.

they do it right over there...

My dimmer failed after Colorado.
I walked in expecting to buy another but they they gave me a new one. I wanted to buy a wide angle lens for my Onx and they threw that in too.
Great service!
