BackCountry Discovery Ride(UT/CO)

So it's almost time for the next big adventure.

The plan is to ride from Los Angeles to the Grand Canyon, escape the people and the heat and from there we are going to run through the Colorado and Utah BDR south of US-70. The direction of the loop is going to depend on weather predictions and maybe a coin toss! ::015:: ::021::

All kidding aside, this trip looks great. Next summer, I hope to get out there for a couple weeks. Have fun.

They will be held up by my small gas tank compared to the GSA. They can push almost double the range per tank of the tenere!

Gotta make it through the Mohave to Kingman, AZ before temps get too bad.

New farkles to try out too!!! I'll get pics tomorrow, but normal fresh oil/fresh Kenda Big Blocks, also did the Pro Taper Raptor bars, Oxford heated grips, and gonna try out my new soft luggage. Wished I had the $$$ for a new pair of Klim Badland's pants, but I'll make do with my Fly Patrol pants or AGV cargo pants(still on the fence between the two)

I always picked my beer up in Cortez, or Grand Junction, CO when I headed up to Utah play grounds.

May I suggest you open a separate thread in The Lounge or Debate Room exclusively for BMW bashing, derogatory comments, jokes, etc... Seems a few here have that need and most here don't.
