Im scheduled to get my ecm flashed and 8 currently have no mods.

Yesterday while camping I hit a rock and crushed my headers 50% of diameter. While driving if I put cruise on bike stalls after a bit

I've now ordered arrow headers to replace. So I guess I will now have the ecm flashed to consider arrow headers.

The issues are. Headers are 6 to 8 week delivery. Should I drive bike as is? If so once I get ecm flashed should I continue to drive bike

Here are several ideas for you..........

You can probably ride the bike and have no issues as long as your not doing 20 hours at top speed / RPM

You can fix the dent (or have someone help you) pretty easy if you have a torch.... You can pop that dent out pretty easy.. Look on You-Tube on how to fix 2-stroke pipe dent.

Also, if you do "the mod" to the stock headers it virtually does the same thing as the ARROW headers by opening up the flow... You certainly can do this with a little help if you dont have the tools. You can save your ARROW money.... It's also a bit more 'stealth'................

You are on the right track with the ARROW and the ECU..... I would suggest only getting the dyno/flash after you get the headers installed............ Do all your mods you want to do and THEN do the flash to support those mods.... (air filter / air box / header / muffler / Etc)

Unless is possibly smashed more than you think and actually blocking most of that cylinder. That would cause it.

Any idea why my cruise causes bike to stall
What do you mean by stall?….when stall, the dashboard lights come on as if it were in the ignition?…..or you are simply cruising and suddenly it deactivates and slows down without you having touched anything (no clutch, no brake, no accelerator)??
do you have to stop, and start again with the start button? .. or does it turn itself on because it comes in ignition and with a gear engaged, but now without the cruise?……
I ask to rule out that instead of stall, it is a disconnection of the cruise only
Usually the word “stall” in the forum is associated with a 0 mph situation and a
restart using the start button.
