Thanks for that. I actually have *not* figured it out, and even tried to get some locals who *should've* had some idea...but didn't. And I don't know how I missed this guy, but he's pretty epicIf you haven't figured it out yet then look at my "What TenereGUY has been up to " thread. Pics and all in there.
Flashed my '22 and there is no measurable MPG difference. Well, no difference when I'm riding sanely. The extra roughly 10 bhp and the consistency of delivery and smoothness gained make it hard to stay out of! I'm getting high 40s overall, and I use this to commute and run errands. I still get mid-50s averages on long-stretch highway clips set at 82. Also, I'm not sure who would be fined, or how.To be fair... my 50 L panniers are a lot more wind resistance and I was loaded way to heavy... but I always had what any one person needed! With panniers off, only my 270# plus gear on the bike and at 63 mph I am right around 49 to 50 mpg. Just letting people know so they can make a more informed decision.
At 75 to 80 mine plummets too... but even lower with those wide panniers. Stripped of the panniers and not loaded I get 50 at 63 to 65 mph. Bags on it goes to 40. 75 drops to 30 to 32.I'm jealous of you all getting 50 mpg. If my average speed exceeds 75-80mph, my mileage plummets into the mid-30mpg range fast.
I'll look into it. Tabasco probably will know right off though.@TenereGUY, you might be the only person on the planet who can identify something I'm baffled about. I had the ECU flashed on my '22 ES - which turned out great! - but I had (and this really bugs the crap out of me) one bolt "left over." I took the assemblies apart and STILL can't find an empty threaded hole. It's a 12mm, black bolt, and there was only one like this in all the fasteners taken out. Maybe you recognize where it might have come from? Nothing is loose or even remotely insecurely attached from what I can see/feel. FYI, I've even stooped to taking this to a dealer :-|.

I had SpeedLabs do mine but they are in Richmond Hill Ontario so it was just a quick ride up the DVP for me. Do a search on Flash as I think there was someone in BC. I know Speed Labs used to do them if you mailed it in but you might want to check their website first.Does anyone know who can flash a Canadian bikes EMU?
Reach out to 2 Wheel Dyno Works in Kirkland WA. Good folks to work with and fast turnaround.I should have been clearer. I need someone to flash my Canadian bike in the USA. Thanks
