You can buy becoyote's yellow for half the price.
Or my blackie, since they are going back to black. Put on a new sticker and it'll look just like a new bike!

I love my blue 2014, but that yellow looks really nice. I wish they wouldn't keep putting colors I don't like on the ES versions. That dark gray kept me from getting the 2014 ES, and now the new ES is in black. I'd own a puke brown bike before I'd own another black bike or car.

I agree, that does suck...I wouldn't let the color deter me from the ES though.

I think the way the speedblocks are arranged on the tank of the blue '14 is better looking than the way they did it on the new yellow. IMHO, which is right, of course...

Yeah I feel bad for you guys about the choice of colours......... in EU you get a choice of grey or 'Race Blue', whoop-dee-do ::009:: I'd love to get the option of the red or yellow, still I could always 'wrap' the bike panels.

So it looks to me that you can NOT get the Yellow on an ES it only comes on the Standard? WTF!!! That is just stupid! ::009::

The Yellow is sharp, but I'll keep my '14 Blue.

Humm... For the moment I think I'm safe. Wife isn't crazy about the '16 colors, and she doesn't seem interested in me getting another black one. So she's telling me she'll either wait to see what they have in '17, or maybe get a gently used red or blue one next year. I think I'll get to keep my red one. ::012::

Per partsfish.com, it looks like once the parts are available you could replace the tank and cowlings for under $700. There are a couple pinstripes on my red '15 that would be differerent but other than that it'd be a '15 yellow ES. Cool!
