Nice bike JimYam I have been enjoying my XT (2012) for a good few months now. I've had KTM 950 ADV V twins, Triumph tripples and various fours , but the 1200 twin is my favorite engine so far. Great bike enjoy.

Just had my ECU re-flashed, best move I've ever made, for the cost ! If I had more money, I would choose a full dino set up though.

I got my Velox racing re-mapped ECU back yesterday. When I got back from work, I was straight out to my garage to fit it. It all went together fine but when I hit the button...............nothing. It took me a good Five minutes to work out that it wasn't a major failure with my ECU, but the bike...

I have the Pyramid fender extender and hugger on my 2012 S10. Both very good. I had the same stuff on my previous bike, a Tiger 955i. Worth having.

Sent my ECU to Jersey on Thursday last week, arrived on Friday.............haven't got it back yet, mind you, I have not chased it up. I'll phone Mike tomorrow. :'( UPDATE : It's on its way, just had an email from Mike at Velox Racing (at this late hour, good man). ::008::

Hi, I have the same bars. I never fitted them to my previous bike so I'd like to fit them to my 2012 S10. Was it easy to retro fit them to your bike. I.e getting the wireing out of the bars ( I believe the switchgear wireing is rooted that way ). Thanks.

Interesting read, cheers. Anyone know if I have the duel brake set up on my 2012 model , the front brake operating the rear brake at the samr time ? (to lazy to read the manual, apologises)

ECU packaged up ready for shipping and money paid. I'll post up my thoughts about the new flash. It was a breeze getting the ecu of the bike. Helped by the fact that the allan bolt that holds on the monting plate was finger tight. Ill reinstall it with some thread lock. Hope it's a good move...
