Has anyone noticed any difference in performance after the first service was completed? I'm thinking of doing the service myself and aside from the throttle body sync. everything else looks pretty simple. The bike idles and runs fine so is there any need to perform the throttle sync.?

That is correct, I will no longer be a " lurker." l become an official ST Owner and I will finally be able to find out for myself what these bikes are all about. My plan was to wait until the spring but my time-table got moved up a few months. Goodbye BMW and hello Super Tenere!

After looking at the three accessory packages that Yamaha has available for the ST, I've come to the conclusion that I want something from each package but not everything. Is it possible to order individual items such as heated grips, side cases, skid plates, etc. separately?
