After looking at the three accessory packages that Yamaha has available for the ST, I've come to the conclusion that I want something from each package but not everything. Is it possible to order individual items such as heated grips, side cases, skid plates, etc. separately?

kgfire, you may want to check out other vendors that have accessories for the s10. Several of them are active here on the forum and many of the members have purchased specific items that would cover accessories in the Yamaha packages.

I'm exactly where you are. My parts guy said I could mix and match as desired. Twisted Throttle seems to have the best selection around here. Look for make/model specific, there is a lot of stuff.

You can order each accessory separately. In fact, there is no pricing advantage with Yamaha's packages the price of the package is exactly the same as each accessory ordered individually. Yamaha is doing some kind of promo where you get a free video camera if you buy a package, although with the delays, I'm not sure what the status of this offer is.

I have coming from England at Yamabits the Yamaha Fog Lamps, Headlight Protector and the Tank Pad. They have a good price on the fog lamps right now. Well, good price for an OEM light!!!

Jeff, are those the lights that we see in the Morocco video? Just under the main lights... What's shipping like?

i looked real hard at the Yamaha accessories and I wound up buying:

+ AltRider Crash guards / skid plate / side stand big foot
+ Practically all of Touratech accessories for the Super Tenere including the Zega Pro panniers + top case
+ Ordered a Bagster tank cover (I have had them on all my recent bikes and have loved them)!
+ Order Kaoko throttle lock from Twisted Throttle (not here yet)...

So now it is just another 6 month waiting game while looking at a LOT of $,$$$ of accessories sitting in my office :'(!

Best Regards,

Don, They charged me $39 lbs for shipping. The parts are still in transit. I don't know if i will be charged some import tax or not.
