Unfortunately in Japan labor is sometimes more expensive then the material itself. To give you an idea, just to change the cover for front and back seat is about 350 USD with the cover. Changing foam and seat cover is 575USD for front seat alone. I can buy a Sargent or Corbin plus more for that...
