I have 7,600 miles on OEM Battlewings. Rear is getting pretty worn and am trying to decide if I replace with another set of Bridgestones or possibly Michelin Annakee 3's (or something else) . I'll keep reading the forum to see what others have experienced.

I put a sport/tour VStream windscreen (low position too) on a couple weeks ago and finally got a nice 200 mile ride on it today to give it a test. Much better wind protection than the OEM. I am happy with looks and function. I hope you are too.

Watching the DAKAR on TV helps with the Winter blues and not being able to ride here. Much respect to all of the DAKAR competitors and support crews. I was very skeptical about dipping on vehicles, but my 17 yr old son recently dipped the chrome badges on his VW GTI black and it actually looks nice. I actually like the stealthy look and your bike looks good. There is half a can left so I may spray some of the silver bits on my moto now...
