Best Communication System for Modular Helmets ?

started out with Scala. Small buttons, hard to handle definitly no pleasure with gloves. Unecesary complicated. Sold them and got Sena. Very easy to handle. Very pleased with them. When it comes to soundquality it´s no big differens. Speakers on both are really shite I think, just good for...

    Givi AirFlow Windscreen

The airflow combined with touratech adjustable bracket really solved the buffetingproblem I had. Don´t know what differense the "sidewings" does really..if any? Had them on since the bike was new so I don´t really know... I´ve fixed the bracket in the most backleaning angle as possible and...

    Help with Windscreen

Tried a lot without success, including the original high screen, to get rid of the terrible buffeting that made highway a pain in the .... The solution that works for me is the Givi airflow with Touratech bracket (changed the "adjusting screws" to normal wingnuts cause they just didn´t stay on)...

    flex handlebars

Thanks guys ! Think I`ll try them. I´ll tell you what I think after I`ve had them on for a while. ::001::

    flex handlebars

Anyone with experience of the flex handlebars ? Considering buying some from "offtheroad" in Germany (they call them "nonshock endurance handlebars though, but it´s the same thing I think) but first I´d really like to here some comments from someone who`s used them. I think they look like a good...

    ALTRIDER BOOT SHREADERS

Sorry can´t provide pic, (probably cause I´m an idiot) but: had a friend weld on a piece of aluminum prolonging the orig ones.ca 10 cm upwards and a little broader, slightly bent inwards. Works perfectly, no more snugged trousers. Looks fine and at a very low cost...The original ones are really...

I have the Yamaha OEM crashbars and Arrow full system. No problems. ::26:: (hm, suppose you mean OEM, or is OE something else?)

    extralights, gearindicator

Tjena! (swedish for Hi there) It´s probably been a lot written on this subjekt, but being a lazy person and at that not very systematic, and knowing you´re all very helpfull I´ll go this way anyay.. I,ve just taken my beloved ST for the first springride. Raining hard, but still VERY enjoyable ...

    average age bying the ST

Wow, 48.5 average age so far ! Topping at 75 !!! ( hope for a bright future for a 63 year old) and the youngest 24. With a little uncertainty depending on how to read the answers. Well, as they say, taste gets more refined with age...and knowledge grows of course.. ;D ::26::

    average age bying the ST

I know there´s been some threads here with statistics about this and that, but here it is anyways. What is the average age of the ST buyer ? Does it differ in different countries ? The reason for asking is that I read somewhere that in Sweden average age when getting a big bike is something like...

    breakaway cruisecontrol

I just saw youtube with a guy having the brakeaway on his Hayabusa. He said it didn´t work properly in rain and for quite some time after - drying. Seems water lubed inside the ring. Guess that rules that out..I,ve had SOME rain going through Europe ! Mc cruise is way out pricewise I think...

    breakaway cruisecontrol

allright, sounds logical and sensible. Just can´t help loving those shiny metalic gadgets that glimmers with craftsmenship and allso the fact that breaking, wich off coarse is the most safe and natural way and a reflex in a fast unexpected situation, is enough to turn the thing off, speaks for...

    breakaway cruisecontrol

Anyone had the "brakeaway cruisecontrol" installed on the ST ? Seems to me like the safest function. I´m sure some of you over there must use some kind. You´ve got some flat stretches...like the prairie..and we got the bloody boring autobahn, not to mention crossing the very flat France or going...

    bike for my daughter

Well, after lots of discussions, yesterday she got her a little Versys 650 abs -09. A blue (allmost same as my tenere) with low milage on the odo and in close to mint condition. Nothing close to Ktm smt or Triumph 800 , certainly not pricewise :) but a nice little bike I think and a bit gruntier...

XT660Z vs XT1200Z - To change or not to change

The ST works exelently in the city for me ! ::001:: I realise that this might be considered blasfemi on this site, but if you ride mostly in the city and do some miles on weekends, there are lots of really good alternatives in 650 range with a little more power than the xt660. Yammas as well as...
