Mine turns 4 next week and since new she went to the doctor for the harness recall, standard services and 5 sets of replacement tyres. I have never been let down and apart from all the goodies bolted on, never spent a cent on repairs. Hopefully this post hasnt jinxed me.

Had the same issue and rather than going for original parts, went to the local hardware, matched it with a packet of off the shelf ones for a couple of bucks and now have spares. The wind deflectors are a great addition but I would love to know the price mark up yamaha on them.
