Many of the current homes are being sold and the fire that destroyed many homes years ago are not being rebuilt. Even where I live I saw the first car camper ever about a month ago. I've been seeing way more homeless where I live and near work.A lot of those homes for sale there, result in homes being built here. And that's different kind of sad. One thing we have in common is the growing homeless population.
With the huge difference in the property exchange rate, that's no surprise. Prior to the current housing boom, our new houses were going for +/- $100 per square foot. So, sell a house in CA, or get a big insurance check . . . . and head to TX. I hear that there are billboards out there warning to stay away from TX. For the most part . . . . we're good with that. Many of the current homes are being sold and the fire that destroyed many homes years ago are not being rebuilt. . . .
Wow! That's really hot. We get those temperatures buy it's rare. Miserable to ride when it's that hot.First time driving! Ride for a week. I was convinced that August is not the best month for traveling in the South of Russia. Heat, everything burned out from the sun. The temperature fluctuated from +41 to +49. We entered Kazakhstan, the temperature was +49. Turned around and left there))
That . . . . is not a Tenere gauge cluster.First time driving! Ride for a week. . . . .
