I have a OEM Yamaha top box with a broken handle. Are parts available or can it be repaired?

I don't believe those parts are available separately. It may be time to replace that box with a Touratech or other high end choice. The build quality is unmatched.
+1 on not being sold separate, but instead of replacing the whole box I'll bet you can find some appropriate looking boat hand holds.
