It's just how things work out when you teach your wife to ride early in your marriage.

I'd like 4 bikes of my own, too. Not going to happen.
I'd like to find a TW200. Mine might ride it, and if she didn't, oh well...

It would be perfect for where you've been riding. Light, agile, and gobs of traction. I don't know about elsewhere, but around here, their prices don't drop much. I got lucky: a spotless 14 year old model with 1,700mi for $1,400. Usually they run for $2,500ish.

That's what I tell people. That way, you don't have to worry about the bike's history, and it has a warranty. That being said, other than the brake switch recall, I've never had to have a Yamaha repaired, just maintained.

It says something about a 34 year old model that's still in demand. Only changes have been electric start, and front disc. For better or worse, it still has a carb.
