DAMN!

I've had my eye on that Jacket but dont want to pay the Yamaha price.
But I'm medium.

I just bought a Klim Powercross pullover in Yamaha blue from an inmate on ADVRider. But I'd prefer the stowaway.

They seem to be designed to fit over jacket size one would normally get. I got this in xxl and tried it with an xxl fisrt gear teton jacket and it's a perfect fit, very roomy.

I ordered the 2XL...I usually take that size in a sweatshirt. I hope this jacket won't be too big. I was planning on using just for a ran jacket but if its meant to go over another jacket it may be to big :-\

One post? No detail on how it ripped...

I just bought a med and large. Great deal. Expecting my SO to take the medium if the large fits me, or if I like the medium, I will give the large to my son. We didn't hear how he ripped it, and if it just came apart, I am sure Klim would stand behind it.

Anyway, the black and tan is available in lots of sizes still...

Will report back here when I see the jacket.

BTW, I tore a jacket when I hit a deer, then the ground, then a guardrail. The plastic on my VFR didn't stay in one piece either. Defective? Substandard product? ::)

+2..... one post/report doesn't directly relate to poor product quality. I am a bit surprised Klim would require 50.00 to repair?

I have purchased this jacket.... although it has spent most of it's time rolled up in it's storage pocket... quality seems acceptable.

Where did you find the medium????

When I went to the page from the link only XXL and XXXL were available.

Duh!

I just clicked on the Blue one. Was really hoping for the blue.
But at this price I will go for the black and grey

::026:: on the crash comments.

These stow aways are perfect for me. I ride with Six-Six-One body armor off road almost all the time. When it's hot I just wear the body armor. When it get's a little chilly put this jacket on top.
Rain - no problem

This jacket is a steal at this price.

You lucky bunch of buggers...... :-\
I'm in Australia and would love one of those jackets (at that killer price), contacted the vendor and they don't ship down under :(
Ah well, them's the breaks
I'll just have to go for a ride to try and forget this gross injustice :D

Thanks for the heads-up. I forwarded the link to SWMBO with no comment, as a hint for my birthday in less than two weeks. Since this is not the first such recent email, I am not guaranteed a jacket.

The guy that wrote that review must really get around, as I read it in about 6 different places word for word exactly the same, although pretty much every other review was positive posted by others. I'm trying a XL. Worth a try, it's got to be worth the $90 if it fits.
Ron you do realize its made in China .

Got mine today...its a little big but I expected that. Should work well over a sweatshirt or fleece jacket. I'm happy with it....thanks for the heads up.

Ordered mine on Wednesday. Received it today.
I normally wear medium size jackets, shirts, etc. Prior to ordering I chatted with Klim via their website and described what I want to do; wear the Stowaaway over body armor or over my normal riding gear. They recommended I get one size larger.

Tried the jacket on over my body armor. Maybe a bit bigger than I'd like, but it's ok. I could potentially wear a jacket for warmth over the body armor and finally the stowaway jacket on top.

This thing is the coolest ever the way it wraps up into the internal pocket and even has velcro straps to attach to handlebars or???

Well worth the $90 IMO.
