Yamaha Low Seat Option

So this past January, I sat on a ST with the Yamaha accessory seat and found it to be better for me than the stock seat in the low position. What failed to do was put my feet on the footpegs to see if my legs would feel cramped.

Does anyone have the Yamaha low seat and if so, did it make your knees more bent causing discomfort?

My wife has the low seat on her Tenere. I don't notice any issue with less leg room. I've tried to get my wife to consider other bikes. She's jumps off most of them being uninterested. Her reason...not as much leg room as she has on her Tenere.
