WTB: simple black tail rack, slightly larger than stock size ?

Recently picked up the Altrider tail rack and luggage rack system in Black. Wow, super nice, ... while it's a total work of art and engineering, it's way beyond what I need for the mild 2-3 day trips I do. I installed it and removed it, and will likely sell the set down the road to someone who can really use it for what it was designed to do, more for heavier bags and loads.

WTB: Looking for a black rack slightly larger than stock rack size, with four slots (front / rear) that I can run my Rok straps through for my 31L dry bag, that's it. Thoughts, ideas, got one in mind that's reasonably priced?

I'm making a full length rack from lexan, then drill it to fit what I want to put on it. inexpensive solution.
