WTB: OEM Pannier Plastic Hook Latch or Cheap OEM Pannier

Have a broken latch on my OEM Yamaha Pannier. Looking for the plastic hook/latch piece that locks the lid down. Maybe someone has mashed/broken case that would sell me this part…

OR if someone has a case they want to part with cheap….

I'm sorry I don't quite understand your comment "the third out of the dealership." What does that mean?

I should have been more clear. I'm looking for the plastic unit that opens and closes/locks the lid down. Thats whats broken and I need.

I didn't think that there are also latches the locks the case to the bike…

I have long been dismayed at the plastic hook/latch on the Yammie cases - it is the obvious weak link. It would be awesome if there was some inmate with the capability to fab up some exact replicas out of aluminum. I know I would buy three to swap out my set of cases.

Yeah, I took mine apart and was amazed to see that such an important part would be made from plastic.

I asked my friend that has one of those 3D printers if he could make me a new one. Said he needs like all the measurements and dimensions. So it would take work to use CAD/CAM to make it…
